Rozlyn is a compassionate professional with a background in social and behavioral sciences and psychology. A former Bancroft Direct Support Professional and Maggie Award nominee, she brings strong advocacy, communication, and teamwork skills to PCIL.

Yvette Ragsdale

Yvette brings over five years of experience in education, advocacy, and independent living services. As a Community Resource Specialist, she empowers individuals with disabilities to build skills, access vital resources, and achieve greater independence.

Bill Donohue

Bill joined PCIL in August 2025 as a Career Transition Specialist. With a background in sales, data analysis, and community service, he brings strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve employment and independence.

Bette Ann Sinclair

Bette Ann Sinclair is PCIL’s Healthcare Navigator, bringing lifelong dedication to supporting people with disabilities. With experience in caregiving, community organizing, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, she connects individuals to vital resources.

Neelam Golani

Neelam combines compassion with innovation in her role as a Support Coordinator. A former systems engineer and founder of Inclusive Creations, she empowers individuals with disabilities through advocacy, creative programming, and community inclusion.

Amy Watts

Amy is the Support Coordination Supervisor at PCIL, with extensive experience guiding individuals with disabilities through person-centered planning. She oversees support coordination services and ensures quality support for individuals and their families.

Renee Pfaff

Renee has her BA from The College of New Jersey in Special Education Rehabilitation Services and brings 30 years of experience in the disability field creating and instructing student transition programs, day habilitation management, lead agency staff trainer, employment, social/recreation, residential, and independent living training.

Stephanie Wilmot

Stephanie Wilmot is the Transition Supervisor at PCIL, leading programs that support youth with disabilities in career exploration and life skills. With a background in vocational training and residential services, she is dedicated to empowering future independence.

Claire Oswald

Claire brings over a decade of administrative and legal experience to PCIL. With a strong background in office management, client support, and record organization, she ensures efficiency and accuracy across daily operations while assisting executive leadership.

Patty Stauss

Patty is an experienced educator and therapist with a master’s in special education, 30+ years in diverse settings, and a passion for helping individuals with disabilities. Currently a Support Coordinator, she's dedicated to empowering families and adults with developmental disabilities.

Teresa Pirretti

Teresa Pirretti is a Support Coordinator at PCIL with over 15 years of experience in social services. She brings a strong background in case management, residential support, and family advocacy, dedicated to helping individuals access the services they need.

Batool Bokhari

Batool Bokhari is a Support Coordination Assistant Supervisor at PCIL. With a background in sociology, disability advocacy, and program outreach, she brings strong communication skills and a commitment to empowering individuals through organized, person-centered support.

Scott Elliott

Scott combines experience in disability and business communities to his 21 years of leadership. A disability advocate, leader, collaborator and person with a disability, he champions independence, inclusion and excellence for the agency.
