Topic: What Fills My Cup?
Join us for an evening of reflection, creativity, and connection at PCIL Mercer’s Life Through Different Lenses Peer Group. This session invites participants to explore what fills, drains, and sustains their energy through guided discussion and a hands-on creative “cup” activity designed to bring awareness to emotional wellness.
Through shared experiences and thoughtful conversation, participants will begin to recognize how everyday moments impact their mental and emotional well-being. The group will also be introduced to simple, practical coping strategies—including a brief grounding exercise—that can be used in daily life to reduce stress and support overall wellness.
This peer-led group welcomes people of all abilities and encourages open conversation in a supportive, inclusive space. Together, we work to reduce stigma around mental health while building stronger connections within our community.
