Topic: Understanding Stress and Creating Calm
Join us for an evening of connection, creativity, and conversation at PCIL Mercer’s Life Through Different Lenses Peer Group. In recognition of Stress Awareness Month, participants will explore what stress means to them and identify strategies that help them feel calm and supported.
Through guided discussion and a creative activity, each participant will design a personalized “calm space” that reflects their own coping preferences and sources of comfort.
This peer-led group welcomes people of all abilities and encourages self-expression, shared experiences, and mutual support in an inclusive environment. No artistic experience is needed. All materials will be provided, and participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.
