The Hunterdon Peer Group is a welcoming space where people of all abilities in Hunterdon County, New Jersey can come together to connect, learn, and support one another in a safe and inclusive environment.
On Monday, July 13, 2026 from 5:00 – 6:30 PM, join us at the Progressive Center for Independent Living (PCIL) Hunterdon Office in Lebanon, NJ for an informative and engaging conversation on Summer Safety Tips.
As the summer season brings more time outdoors, it’s important to stay informed and prepared. During this session, participants will explore key topics including heat and water safety, outdoor activity precautions, sun protection, fire and BBQ safety, insect and wildlife awareness, and severe weather preparedness. This discussion will help people with disabilities and community members in Hunterdon County feel more confident navigating summer activities safely.
