About the Event
Life Through Different Lenses (LTDL) Peer Support Group is a peer-to-peer group that discusses a diverse range of topics allowing you to look through the lenses of individuals living with disabilities. PCIL creates a safe and welcoming space for community members to join to form meaningful relationships as well as offer support and guidance allowing you to share life experiences with others. Through conversations and activities, you will be able to apply newly learned skills to your daily living and strive to pay it forward.
In this session we will be discussing the importance of being confident within yourself as well as going over tips and tricks to gain confidence!
