About the Event
Life Through Different Lenses Peer Support Group at the Mercer office! In this session we will be discussing "hot buttons", addressing behavior that anger us, as well as dicussing how to refrain from our triggers.
The LTDL Peer Support Group is a peer-to-peer group that discusses a range of topics allowing you to look through the lenses of individuals living with disabilities. PCIL creates a safe and welcoming space for community members to gather to provide the opportunity to form meaningful relationships, offer support and guidance, as well as allowing you to share life experiences with others.Through conversation and activties, you will be able to apply newly learned skills to your daily living and strive to pay it forward.
