Join us for an evening of connection, expression, and discovery at PCIL Mercer’s Life Through Different Lenses Peer Group. This session focuses on exploring emotions in a way that feels approachable and engaging, using interactive games and shared experiences to help participants better understand what they’re feeling and how to express it.
Through guided activities and open conversation, participants will begin to recognize that emotions are a shared human experience—not something to navigate alone. The session will also highlight the importance of connection by helping individuals identify their personal support systems and build confidence in reaching out when they need it.
