About the Event

Join us for a thoughtful discussion on beating the winter blues and embracing the season with positivity. Together, we’ll share self-care tips, talk about ways to stay motivated, and explore small moments of joy that can brighten the colder months. This session is a chance to connect with others, reflect on your well-being, and learn helpful strategies for maintaining a healthy mindset all winter long.

The LTDL Peer Support Group is a peer-to-peer group that discusses a range of topics allowing you to look through the lenses of individuals living with disabilities. PCIL creates a safe and welcoming space for community members to gather to provide the opportunity to form meaningful relationships, offer support and guidance, as well as allowing you to share life experiences with others. Through conversation and activities, you will be able to apply newly learned skills to your daily living and strive to pay it forward.
