🌟 Hunterdon Peer Support Group: Dating and Relationships
The Hunterdon Peer Group offers a welcoming space where people with disabilities in Hunterdon County, NJ can connect with others, share experiences, and build supportive relationships within the community.
On Monday, April 13, 2026 from 5:00 – 6:30 PM, join us at the Progressive Center for Independent Living (PCIL) Hunterdon Office in Lebanon, NJ for a discussion on Technology and the Overuse of Screen Time.
Technology plays an important role in our daily lives—from staying connected with friends and family to accessing information and entertainment. However, too much screen time can sometimes affect sleep, focus, mood, and overall well-being. During this peer group session, participants will talk about how technology impacts their lives and share ideas for creating a healthy balance with devices and social media.
