About the Event
Emergencies don’t wait. Preparedness shouldn’t either.
The Progressive Center for Independent Living (PCIL) invites people with disabilities, seniors, families, and community members in Mercer County and Hunterdon County, NJ to attend our free Pathways to Preparedness Training on April 30, 2026.
This interactive 90-minute workshop is designed specifically for people with disabilities in New Jersey who want to strengthen their independence and feel confident during emergencies. Whether facing severe weather, power outages, medical emergencies, or community disasters, having a plan in place can make all the difference.
During this training, participants will learn how to:
• Identify personal preparedness priorities
• Create an evacuation plan
