Designed to assist students with disabilities in Mercer and Hunterdon County, NJ, in identifying their career preferences and preparing them for permanent, integrated, and competitive employment.

Life Skills
Students Ages 14- 21 with IEPs, Through the School
A course offered to local high schools to equip students who plan to stay in school until the age of 21. This program is paid for by the school.

Support Coordination
Individuals 21 and older, eligible for NJ DDD services
NJ DDD Support Coordination Agency serving Mercer, Hunterdon, and Somerset Counties. Support Coordinators educate and assist with managing DDD budget to use services to meet your needs.

TBI Fund
for Adults with Traumatic Brain Injuries
The New Jersey Traumatic Brain Injury Fund (TBI Fund) is a state-backed program offering financial aid and support to those with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). Its mission is to alleviate TBI-related challenges and improve the affected individuals' quality of life by facilitating access to essential medical treatment, rehabilitation, and community resources.
