Emergency Preparedness
The primary focus of this project is to introduce a broader scope of emergency preparedness and the awareness of resources available, to help people with disabilities (PwD) in planning and dealing with emergencies in the community.
This project will allow PwD access to educational supports, programs and services that promote inclusion and independence.
This project addresses the issue of emergency preparedness and the desire to educate PwD in the Mercer county area to become the active stakeholder in the emergency management process all while maintaining independence.
